Updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

‘OKAIMH has updated our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, effective May 23, 2018. These changes were made primarily in preparation for the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the new data privacy law. Click here for more information on the GDPR.

The policies are applicable to OKAIMH.ORG. The practices described in this Terms of Use apply only to information gathered online at our website. They do not apply to information that you submit to use offline or to websites maintained by other companies or organizations to which we may link. By continuing to use OKAIMH.ORG on or after May 23, 2018, you acknowledge and agree to our updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

We do not collect any contact information unless you initiate a contact to us and we will never send you any direct communications without your permission. No non-member information is stored on our website.

Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit some websites. We do not use cookies to track your movements across our site.

You have the right to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold about you. To request access please email info@okaimh.org We will provide the information once every 6 months free of charge and within 30 days.

If any of the information we hold on you is inaccurate or incomplete, you make ask us to correct or complete it at any time. You may request the deletion of any email we hold on you at any time. Be aware that requesting deletion, unlike unsubscribing from specific emails, is total and irreversible. This means that we will also lose record of you having ever been on our systems, including any previous instructions you have given us opting out of specific emails types. If you re-join our systems, by voluntarily providing your personal information, you will appear to us as a completely new person. This does not affect your other rights in any way.
